Job summary

The ideal candidate holds NP or PA credentials with an active Alabama license, and has experience in outpatient or primary care.

Qualifications

• Active Alabama license and credentials required for the position.
• Certification as a NP or PA with primary care experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient or community health settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, obtain histories, perform exams, assess health needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans within scope of practice.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate follow-up.
• Prescribe medications within licensure and policy.
• Provide preventive care and health education to diverse populations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and coordinate care with the team.
