Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is hiring an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our Primary Care outpatient team in Georgia. The role is full time, Monday through Friday, providing medical services and collaborating with IM providers to support patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of PA or NP experience, with an accredited PA program degree and national certification, or Georgia NP licensure with national certification. Excellent benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Masters or Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited PA program and National Board Certification.
• State Georgia NP licensure with National Certification (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services to individuals, families and/or groups.
• Emphasize health promotion and chronic disease management.
• Augment a physician's ability to provide medical services to patients.
• Collect and document data, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order labs and consultations, and provide direct patient care.
• Collaborate with multiple IM providers in the PCP patient panel.
