Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Advanced Practice Practitioner to join the Primary Care Outpatient team. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, in Georgia. The APP will work collaboratively with IM providers in the PCP patient panel and deliver direct patient care.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years as PA/NP, must hold a Georgia license with national certification, and possess a master’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited PA program.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited PA program with national certification.
• Georgia NP license with national certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Promote health and manage acute and chronic diseases.
• Augment physicians’ ability to provide services to patients.
• Collect and document data, perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, order labs and consultations.
