Job summary

VillageMD seeks a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team-based primary care practice in Stone Mountain, GA. You will provide compassionate care to patients across ages in a collaborative environment, supported by clinical leaders and integrated care teams.

We value outpatient experience and the ability to manage acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on value-based care. Flexible scheduling and telehealth options help balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate and certified from an accredited advanced practice program.
• Two or more years of outpatient clinical experience as a Physician Assistant, preferred but not required.
• Comfortable treating pediatric and adult patients, conducting comprehensive or episodic health history and physical assessment.
• Current, unrestricted license in practicing state or be eligible for licensure.
• Active DEA registration or be eligible for registration.
• Must possess active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or be eligible to enroll.
• Certified in BLS or ACLS.
• Comfortable with EMR system; Athena preferred.
