Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Requires Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the AHA.
• Must be able to accurately collect patient information.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records; computer proficiency with Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Assist back office medical staff with patient care as directed.
• Gather and document vital signs and medical history.
• Provide clerical support to assist with patient visits.
• Prepare exam rooms and medical records for visits; document data in EMR.
• Support patient flow and follow-up as directed.
