Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine Physician near Athens, GA. New grads welcome. The role includes general sick and well visits, basic dermatology procedures, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements.

A supportive team includes 1 NP and 2 MAs. Candidates must hold a GA license or be eligible to obtain one.

Qualifications

• BC/BE MD licensed to practice in GA or eligible.
• Active license in GA or eligible to obtain.
• Moderate patient volume; 18-22 per day.
• Knowledge of basic dermatology procedures.
• M-F schedule with no weekends or call.
• General sick and well visits.
• Support staff 1 NP & 2 MAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide sick and well visits to patients.
• Perform basic dermatology procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with NP and MAs to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain appropriate patient volumes and throughput.
