Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate is committed to high-quality, compassionate care for patients with a M-F schedule and no weekend or on-call requirements.

New grads are welcome, with opportunities to perform basic dermatology procedures and collaborate with a supportive team, including 1 NP and 2 MAs, to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible MD for Family Medicine.
• Active medical license in GA or eligibility to obtain.
• Moderate patient volume: 18–22 patients per day.
• Basic dermatology procedures may be performed.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with no weekends or call.
• General sick and well visits.
• Support staff includes 1 NP & 2 MAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to patients.
• Perform routine sick and well visits and manage follow-ups.
• Collaborate with NP and MAs to coordinate care.
• Maintain high quality, patient-centered care with compassionate approach.
