Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician near Watkinsville, GA. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality and compassionate adult care with a focus on routine sick and wellness visits. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine physician (MD).
• Active medical license in GA or eligible to obtain.
• Ability to perform basic dermatology procedures.
• Moderate patient volume: 18-22 visits per day.
• M-F schedule; no weekends or call.
• Support staff includes 1 NP and 2 MAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide general sick and well visits for adults.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care.
• Collaborate with NP and MAs for patient management.
