AdventHealth in Maitland, FL seeks a Performance Improvement Manager to drive process optimization and cross-functional collaboration. You will use advanced analytics to create dashboards, develop a comprehensive performance system, and align initiatives with executive priorities.

Required are 4+ years in healthcare data-driven performance management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across departments. This is a full-time, on-site role in Florida.

Job Description

• Identifies process optimization opportunities and develops standardized policies to support organizational goals.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership to align strategies, ensure seamless operations, and drive continuous improvement.
• Utilizes advanced analytics and tools to create performance dashboards and drive improvement.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive performance management system focused on quality, utilization, cost, and escalations.
• Establishes and manages action plan processes to ensure timely and effective remediation strategies.
• Collaborates with executives and leaders to define accountability measures and integrate them into operational workflows.
• Implements and maintains a tracking system to document remediation and accountability activities for teams.
• Partners with Governance to align performance management systems with operations.
• Collaborates with Operations leadership to support system integration and AdventHealth platforms.
• Oversees performance management capabilities in partnership with Operations to support efficient performance workflows.
• Leads initiatives related to performance practice management in coordination with leadership teams, finance, and operations.
• Manages performance programs and integrates them into operational workflows.
