Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide fast, courteous service.
• Maintain proper appearance according to dress code and hygiene standards.
• Upsell promotions and promote items to customers.
• Ensure current point of sale is posted and accurate.
• Check in vendor deliveries and follow company guidelines as needed.
• Stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock using FIFO, and price merchandise accordingly.
• Clean and sanitize all service areas and equipment using proper procedures.
• Monitor cash levels and security procedures during shift.
• Perform other duties to support store operations.

Pride Kitchen is looking for an experienced team leader!

Pay $17.+ up based on experience

• Greets customers in a friendly manner as they approach the deli. Provides fast, friendly and efficient service. Thanks the customer.
• Maintains proper appearance (dress code and personal hygiene).
• Uses plus-selling techniques and makes customer aware of promotional items
• Ensures current point of sale is posted
• Checks and replenishes stock on food service supplies such as cups, lids condiments, napkins, straws and stirrers.
• Cleans and sanitizes all equipment used for service or stocking food service products using the three sink method.
• Cleans all areas, using proper cleaning procedures and materials, including (but not limited to) counter tops, microwaves, shelves, floors, windows, cooler doors, food service equipment, restrooms and parking lots.
• Cleans and empties trash containers.
• Stocks shelves and cooler, rotates and front faces stock using FIFO method.
• Removes all damages and out of code merchandise from the shelves.
• Dates and prices merchandise according to price book.
• Checks in vendor deliveries as needed using company guidelines.
• Checks temperatures of food and records on temperature log
• Adheres to all food proper holding times
• Prepares and packages hot foods and cold foods
• Stocks food cases according to planograms and build-to's
• Wears gloves while serving and preparing food
• Code dates all perishable items
• Completes bad merchandise form.
• Assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned to accommodate store operational needs.
• Check in vendor deliveries as needed using company guidelines.
• Order merchandise
• Uses current training materials
• Completes all necessary training evaluations and documents
• Provides feedback to management on training program and materials
• Monitors cash levels and security procedures during shift to ensure compliance
• Reviews job assignments for completeness
• Other duties as assigned
