Job summary
Navitus is expanding its Pricing and Underwriting leadership team in the United States. This role oversees pricing decisions, underwriting risk analysis, and client profitability, guiding supervisors and analysts to deliver accurate pricing for new and renewal business.
The position requires a strong background in pricing/underwriting, leadership experience, and expertise in financial valuation models. Remote work is available for eligible locations, with comprehensive benefits and growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, economics or business is required.
- 4+ years of pricing and/or underwriting experience in pharmacy benefit management or related field.
- 2+ years of progressive leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage pricing and underwriting for new and renewal business, client pricing requests, and RFPs.
- Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and analysts to ensure accurate pricing and risk analysis.
- Develop and maintain pricing and underwriting models and provide strategic pricing recommendations.
