Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is expanding its Pricing and Underwriting leadership with a Manager role responsible for pricing recommendations, risk analysis, and model development across new and renewal business. You will lead a team of Supervisors and Analysts, driving data-driven decisions and client value.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, support pricing decisions for RFPs and client retention, and continuously improve pricing processes and models to ensure accuracy and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, Risk Management, or Business.
• 4+ years of pricing and/or underwriting experience in pharmacy benefit management or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience in PBM industry preferred.
• Experience using valuation models and analyzing results preferred.
• Commitment to compliance objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and underwriting for new business, renewal business, RFP responses and client pricing requests.
• Lead, coach, and train supervisors and analysts to ensure accurate pricing and risk analysis.
• Oversee interpretation of claims utilization, network pricing, rebates, and pricing trends.
• Develop, maintain, and use pricing and risk evaluation models for client opportunities.
• Evaluate pricing risk and client profitability to support balanced recommendations.
• Maintain underwriting guidelines and pricing standards for consistent decisions.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations communicating pricing and risk.
• Support leadership reporting on pricing, profitability, risk, and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements and training opportunities to increase accuracy and value.
• Establish, mentor, and develop team members for future leadership.
