Job summary

Navitus is seeking a Manager, Pricing and Underwriting to lead pricing, underwriting, and risk analysis across new and renewal business. The role reports to the Director, Pricing and Underwriting and will mentor Supervisors and Analysts while developing pricing recommendations and financial risk assessments.

The position offers remote work for a broad US footprint, with standard M-F hours and a focus on delivering accurate pricing decisions to support client retention and RFP opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field.
• 4+ years of pricing and/or underwriting experience in PBM/Managed Care.
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and underwriting for new and renewal business and RFP responses.
• Lead, coach, and train supervisors and analysts in pricing, underwriting, and risk analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and apply pricing and underwriting models and related client profitability analyses.
• Support leadership reporting on pricing, underwriting, and client value.
