Meijer in Escanaba, MI is seeking a Stocking Clerk to ensure shelves are stocked and ready for customers. You'll perform a variety of retail tasks focused on product placement, customer service, and merchandising, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

This entry-level role involves stocking, moving products from pallets to shelves, backroom housekeeping, and supporting store leadership to keep areas on schedule.

Qualifications

• Comfort with learning and using basic technology.
• Organized, efficient work style.

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure areas are completed on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
