Meijer is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to deliver excellent customer service and maintain organized shelves. You will stock grocery products, move items from pallets to shelves, and help keep backrooms clean and efficient.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include stocking, backstock duties, proper disposal of packaging, and assisting leadership to complete tasks on time.

Formación

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology.
• Able to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move product from pallets or carts to correct shelf locations.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in backroom areas.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.

What You'll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your workensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You'll:

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products
• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated backroom areas
• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly
