Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with Epicor Prophet 21 in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of P21 core modules: Price Matrix, Order Entry, Inventory Management, Purchasing.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, index/match, pivot tables); SQL or P21 Reports desirable.
• Strong analytical, mathematical aptitude and ability to analyze pricing and cost data.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and adherence to corporate pricing and approval procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities across departments and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and optimize ERP price matrices and customer contract pricing.
• Ensure pricing accuracy across sales channels while maintaining gross margins.
• Troubleshoot configuration or vendor data import issues.
• Collaborate with multiple departments, management levels, and suppliers.
• Adhere to corporate pricing and approval procedures.
