Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Pricing & Business Process Specialist to own customer pricing in the region, ensuring quotes and invoices align with agreements. You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT to improve pricing tools and data accuracy, joining a collaborative, global team focused on continuous process improvement.

You will manage pricing requests, monitor renewals, and create dashboards that inform leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, supply chain or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3y-5y of experience in pricing, customer service, commercial support, business operations, or similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer pricing agreements from request through approval and customer communication.
• Review and process pricing requests, quotations, updates, and transfer prices.
• Monitor agreements nearing expiration and coordinate renewals with Sales and Customer Service.
• Ensure pricing data is accurate across systems and resolve discrepancies.

As our Pricing & Business Process Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for customer pricing in your region, ensuring that the prices we quote, agree with customers, and invoice are always aligned.

You’ll own the pricing process from start to finish, partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and IT, and help improve the systems and tools that support our business. You’ll join a collaborative international team where everyone shares knowledge, supports each other, and continuously looks for better ways of working.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer pricing agreements from request through approval and customer communication.
• Review and process pricing requests, quotations, updates, and transfer prices.
• Monitor agreements nearing expiration and coordinate renewals with Sales and Customer Service.
• Ensure pricing data is accurate across systems and resolve any discrepancies.
• Spot where the pricing process or its tools can work better, and take those improvements forward yourself.
• Make sure every pricing action follows company controls and approval authorities and leaves a clear audit trail.
• Resolve or elevate the customer data problems that block pricing, such as accounts with no sales representative assigned or missing end-customer records.
• Act as the key user and business owner for pricing tools and systems in your region.
• Create reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Participate in system enhancements and testing of new pricing solutions.
• Train colleagues on pricing processes and share best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements that make our processes simpler and more effective.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, engineering, supply chain or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• 3y-5y of Experience in pricing, customer service, commercial support, business operations, or a similar field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus).
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• Professional English communication skills.
• A proactive mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
