KBX Logistics, a Koch company, is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join the Capacity Solutions Strategy & Analytics team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will leverage data, market intelligence, financial analysis, and strategic thinking to improve pricing decisions that create value for customers, carriers, and the business.

You will work with commercial, operations, finance, and analytics teams to shape pricing strategies, refine processes, and generate insights that drive profitable growth

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing pricing data and market intelligence to inform decisions.
• Ability to present findings to stakeholders and drive actions.
• Experience working with pricing, strategy, and analytics teams.
• Experience transforming large datasets in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve pricing strategies and governance for value creation.
• Lead pricing analysis for RFPs, bids, and opportunities.
• Partner with commercial teams to provide pricing insights and lane recommendations.
• Identify risks and opportunities affecting profitability.
• Utilize market intelligence tools to assess conditions and opportunities.
• Support pricing boundary logic and target-margin methodologies.
