Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Strategic Pricing Intern to support pricing and contracting strategy for its US portfolio. You’ll work with Market Access, Finance, and Policy teams to demonstrate the value of Genmab’s medicines to payers, providers, and patients during a 10‑week summer program in Princeton, NJ.

Hybrid schedule, relocation not offered for visa sponsorship. You will build pricing models in Excel, analyze rebates, and review IRA, Medicaid, 340B, and price transparency issues while preparing

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Health Policy, Public Health, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous or open‑ended questions.
• No prior pharmaceutical experience required; curiosity about how medicines are priced and paid for in the U.S. is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and test pricing and contracting scenario models in Excel.
• Analyze rebate performance and gross‑to‑net drivers, including rebates and deductions on net revenue.
• Research competitor pricing and contracting dynamics.
• Support analyses of federal and state pricing policies, including IRA, Medicaid, 340B, and price transparency requirements.
• Gather and summarize data, conduct literature and policy research, and prepare slides for team meetings and leadership discussions.
• Present key findings and recommendations at the end of the internship.
