Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Support program team meetings, including agenda prep, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication with core and sub-teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to analyze program data and ensure alignment with development strategy.
• Create presentation materials and reports for senior leadership and governance committees.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance efficiency and use of PM tools.
• Gain exposure to program governance and drug development processes from early to late-stage.
