Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a Director of Pricing to lead pricing governance, cost estimating, forward pricing strategy, and competitive analysis within the defense and security sector. This role drives accuracy, compliance, and strategic positioning to win proposals.

The leader will oversee governance, process improvements, and data analytics to elevate pricing maturity across U.S. and global teams, partnering with program, finance, and BD stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in pricing, cost estimating, program finance, or financial management within the U.S. defense industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in competitive pricing, cost strategy, and government contracting. Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government cost accounting standards.
• Experience operating in a high-growth or transformational environment. Must be a U.S. citizen to meet government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead pricing strategy aligned with growth objectives and global pricing framework.
• Foster collaboration across pricing, estimating, finance, and business development teams.
• Oversee cost estimates, BOEs, and pricing submissions for competitive and sole-source proposals.
