The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Familiarity with Excel, Salesforce, and SQL is preferred, with responsibilities including operational improvements and pricing updates.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience preferred.
• Experience working with Excel, Salesforce, SQL server (running queries) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Salesforce case queue, focusing on meeting customer facing deadlines.
• Participate in operational pricing tasks such as pricing tier loads, customer pricing research.
• Responsible for weekly/monthly/yearly updates to tools with relevant information from FedEx.
• Assist the team with improving current processes both internally and cross-functionally.
