Job summary

RunBuggy is seeking a Pricing Analyst to develop and maintain competitive, accurate pricing for vehicle transportation lanes. You will combine auto logistics expertise with data analysis to evaluate market conditions, costs, and margins, building pricing models and dashboards, and supporting bids and contract pricing.

The role requires pricing experience in automotive transportation, advanced Excel and Python skills, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Data Science to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pricing analytics within auto logistics or related transportation.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of lane pricing, fuel surcharges, and rate tables.
• Experienced in supporting customer bids and contract negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain lane pricing across OEM, bank, dealer, auction, and customer delivery lanes.
• Benchmark rates against internal history and external data; identify pricing gaps and opportunities.
• Build and audit rate tables, tariffs, lane schedules, surcharges, and accessorial charges.
• Recommend rate changes by origin-destination pairs based on costs and margins.
• Create pricing models and dashboards using Excel, Python, and statistics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Data Science, and Engineering.
