Job summary

Raley's, a family-owned retail company based in West Sacramento, seeks a Pricing Analyst to drive pricing strategies across multiple zones. You will generate insights from historical and competitive data to support category sales, margins, and rate performance.

You will work with Category Managers to implement pricing objectives in merchandising systems, maintain pricing databases, and prepare monthly and ad hoc analyses to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of data analysis experience.
• Knowledge of retail pricing concepts and practices.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis to optimize sales and margin.
• Perform competitive pricing analysis against market peers.
• Implement pricing structures aligned with guidelines and targets.
• Maintain pricing databases and support merchandising decisions.
• Create queries and generate reports for pricing insights.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to reflect pricing strategies in systems.
