Avnet seeks a pricing specialist to develop and implement competitive pricing strategies. You will work with sales, marketing and finance to align product portfolios with revenue goals and ensure pricing integrity across ERP systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, and the ability to translate market data into actionable pricing programs that maximize profitability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Excel experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales/marketing, business development and finance to position product portfolio and pricing programs.
• Analyze external pricing in the marketplace, including competitors, discounts, and willingness to pay.
• Verify pricing in ERP before generating delivery orders and provide suppliers with price details.
• Assess internal pricing models by considering costs (labor, materials, distribution, contracts).
• Explore opportunities to monetize products offered at little to no cost and identify upsell opportunities.
• Project the impact of pricing changes, promotions and rebates on revenue.
• Create and maintain pricing databases and coordinate pricing proposals across the organization.
