Job summary

Kroger in Draper, UT seeks a detail‑oriented store operations team member to support pricing, scanning, and reporting tasks. You’ll ensure accurate pricing documentation and demonstrate Kroger’s values of respect, integrity, and safety while assisting customers and colleagues in a busy grocery environment.

Responsibilities include vendor check‑in, weekly ad maintenance, file housekeeping, PLU management, and various audits.

Qualifications

• Ability to be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to read shelf tags, signs, product labels, training materials, bulletins, etc.
• Available for stock clerk duties and customer service duties as needed.
• Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
• Knowledge of relevant employment laws and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Housekeeping in computer room: clean filters, sweep floor, check power backup.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan store every 6–8 weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement).
• Perform other duties as assigned by store manager and scanning supervisors.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, grooming, sanitation, and harassment/discrimination rules.
• Be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Communicate effectively with customers and associates.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
