Pricing Integrity Lead — Store Operations

Job summary

Kroger in Chicago is seeking a detail-oriented team member to maintain pricing documentation accuracy in the store and support the execution of pricing, inventory and reporting processes. You will handle UPC files, test scans, and vendor checks while promoting Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

The role requires the ability to manage workloads, interact with associates and customers positively, and adapt to variable shifts including evenings

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude to manage people and organize workloads.
• Able to tactfully & calmly handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers.
• Understanding of department operations, including managing people, merchandising, inventory, shrink control, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store UPC File (price changes, deletions, new items).
• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Housekeeping in computer room and routine system checks.
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every 6-8 weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (ANielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement).
• Promote and implement company initiatives to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights; weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
