Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join our team. This role supports sales by calling existing and potential residential customers and collaborating with management and technicians to craft competitive quotes.

You will estimate labor, materials, and pricing, maintain CRM, and help achieve sales objectives. Strong customer service, numbers, and attention to detail are essential, with a focus on timely proposals and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
• Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers.
• Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred)
• Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales
• Work directly with management and Service Technicians to find customer solutions
• Provide Service Technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that would require additional resources
• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing
• Maintain and update CRM system and SAM daily
• Provide a list of labor, materials and parts for order entry
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned by Manager

DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Pricing Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO! This individual should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range: $23 USD - $35 USD
