DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a Pricing Specialist to join our Denver, CO team. You will support sales by contacting existing and potential residential customers, develop pricing strategies, and coordinate with Service Technicians and management to finalize proposals.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, accuracy in numbers, and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a detail-oriented mindset, comfort with technical concepts, and the ability to manage

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
• Work directly with management and Service Technicians to find customer solutions.
• Provide pricing for complex projects that require additional resources.
• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals within 24 hours using BOE form and vendor pricing.
• Maintain and update CRM system and SAM daily.
• Provide a list of labor, materials and parts for order entry.
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Pricing Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO! This individual should have strong customer service skills and will support sales through calling existing and potential residential customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales
• Work directly with management and Service Technicians to find customer solutions
• Provide Service Technicians or external sales pricing for more complex projects that require additional resources that would be unavailable in the field
• Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers within 24 hours utilizing our BOE form and vendor requested pricing
• Maintain and update CRM system and SAM daily
• Provide a list of labor, materials and parts for order entry
• Responsible for achieving sales objectives
• Performs other responsibilities as assigned by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems
• Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers
• Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred)
• Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
• Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task

The anticipated pay range for this position is below. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities

Pay Range

$23 - $35 USD
