Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Morton, IL is seeking a Store Pricing & Signage Specialist to ensure accurate pricing and signage while delivering excellent customer service. The role typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional night or weekend work and will involve coordinating store signage requests, price checks, and department ads.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to pass a background check.

• Great communication skills.
• Prior Retail experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsabilités

• The Store Pricing & Signage Specialist delivers excellent customer service and ensures the store has accurate signage and pricing, along with other duties for a smooth shopping experience.
• Typical schedule is Monday – Friday with occasional night or weekend work and potential for events and grand openings.
• Receive and print department signage requests; scan products for accuracy; respond to price checks or UPC issues; perform all department price changes; prep, set and take down department ads; communicate with team and pricing staff; assist in other departments; comply with Loss Prevention and safety policies.
