Job summary

Fleet Farm seeks a Pricing Team Member in Menomonie, WI to maintain accurate pricing and signage for all merchandise. You will work with Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members to ensure pricing standards are met, respond promptly to pricing discrepancies, and support seasonal promotional activities.

Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays. A customer-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pricing and signage for all product displays.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members to meet pricing standards.
• Address pricing discrepancies with urgency.
• Organize in-store marketing collateral for seasonal/promotional schedules.
• Conduct price audit scans for accuracy.
• Coordinate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Develop working knowledge of IT systems and tools used for pricing tasks.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other initiatives.
