Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking Pricing Team Members to maintain up-to-date pricing for store merchandise in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members. You will also ensure signage, perform price audits, and resolve discrepancies while supporting in-store promotions and loyalty initiatives.

The role requires reliability, a flexible schedule, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for all product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure all Company pricing standards are met.
• Respond to pricing discrepancies with urgency and resolve the situation.
• Organize seasonal/promotional in-store marketing collateral and ensure signing packages are executed per schedule.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire working knowledge of IT systems and tools to complete responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm customer loyalty program and other company initiatives.
