Job summary

Fleet Farm is seeking a Pricing Team Member to help maintain accurate pricing and signage across store displays, in collaboration with the Marketing & Pricing Coordinator and Zone Team Members.

You will complete price changes, audit price accuracy, address pricing discrepancies with urgency, and support in-season promotions and UPC updates while learning the IT systems used by the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for all product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure pricing standards are met.
• Physically respond to pricing discrepancies with urgency and resolve the situation.
• Organize and implement seasonal/promotional in-store marketing collateral to ensure signing packages are executed on schedule.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate the resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire a thorough working knowledge of the IT systems and tools to complete job responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
