Fleet Farm is seeking Pricing Team Members dedicated to accurate pricing and strong attention to detail. You will work with Marketing & Pricing Coordinators and Zone Team Members to maintain current prices and signage across store displays.

A customer‑focused, dependable mindset is essential for this role. Responsibilities include executing price changes, ensuring correct signage, auditing prices, and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders as required.

Aufgaben

• Complete price changes and maintain proper signage and shelf labels for all product displays.
• Collaborate with Store Management and Zone Leads to ensure pricing standards are met.
• Respond to pricing discrepancies with urgency and resolve them.
• Organize promotional in-store marketing collateral to support seasonal/promotional schedules.
• Conduct price audit scans to ensure price accuracy.
• Coordinate and communicate resolution of pricing and UPC discrepancies.
• Acquire knowledge of IT systems and tools to complete responsibilities.
• Promote Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives.
