The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting in a wide range of FP&A activities and data-driven analytics that support OC Sports & Entertainment. This position will play a significant role in the timely delivery and presentation of the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly reporting and variance analysis. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities*** Create, manage, and maintain complex financial planning models to support the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning* Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, research variances, and communicate findings* Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and business operators* Collaborate with leadership and operators to align financial plans with operational goals* Work with large data sets to answer critical questions and provide insights through key performance indicators* Engage in ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making and strategic planning* Assist in storytelling by preparing presentations and dashboards in support of executive meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and various strategic and analytics projects* Drive process improvements and automation of financial reporting* Perform other duties as assigned**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree required* 3+ years of finance or accounting experience required* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions; experience with Power BI strongly preferred* Proven record of discreetly handling sensitive and proprietary information* Excellent time management and organizational skills* Customer service mindset when supporting internal needs and communicating with external parties* Able to work effectively under pressure, balance multiple priorities and assignments, learn independently, and work toward deadlines* Able to manipulate large quantities of data to build financial models and reporting packages**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience****Education -** Bachelor's Degree**Experience Required –** 3+ YearsThis position is on-site.Company:OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC
