Responsibilities

• Review and monitor existing rates for effectiveness and applicability.
• Produce comparisons to forecast, historical periods, and peers.
• Perform analysis of customer behavior, usage trends, and bill impacts.
• Support regulatory filings and design of new pricing products.
• Create analyses and reporting to improve efficiency and outcomes.
