Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking an Administrator, Pricing and Quoting to support the North Texas sales office in Dallas. The role includes coordinating with headquarters, factories, and clients, maintaining the customer database, and handling billing and shipping issues.

The ideal candidate will have a business-focused degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate pricing and quoting information.

Qualifications

• College/University degree preferred in business administration or similar field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic industry software.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the local territory sales office.
• Act as liaison between headquarters, factories, and clients.
• Maintain customer database and data entry for pricing/quoting.
• Resolve billing, shipping, and other customer service issues.
• Prepare information and reports for headquarters and regional office.
• Analyze sales data and prepare sales charts.
