Qualifications

- 2+ years in manufacturing quoting, estimating or sales support.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
- Ability to read drawings, blueprints, and specs.
- Understand manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
Responsibilities
- Prepares and delivers accurate, timely quotes to customers.
- Collaborates with sales, engineering, and production to gather information for quotes.
- Analyzes customer specs and blueprints to determine solutions and costs.
- Uses CRM and ERP systems to manage quotes, pricing, and data.
- Negotiates pricing and terms to secure orders while protecting profitability.
- Identifies cost-saving opportunities and value engineering ideas.
- Monitors market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive.
- Keeps knowledge of product lines, capabilities, and industry standards up to date.
