Job summary

Toyota North America seeks a passionate Analyst in Pricing to manage vehicle pricing studies, forecasting, and reporting. You will work with Finance, Sales, and MTC stakeholders to optimize profitability and provide actionable insights for executives.

You will lead pricing studies, support SAP-based analyses, and contribute to AI-enabled process improvements, with up to 10% travel. A Finance/FP&A background and strong Excel/Power BI skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant FP&A or product finance experience.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and financial storytelling.
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables).
• Experience with data visualization in PowerPoint-like tools.
• Familiarity with SAP and Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Conduct model year, full model change, and affiliate pricing studies to assess market dynamics.
• Evaluate vehicle profitability, contribution margins, and the financial implications of pricing decisions; develop pricing recommendations, analytical reports, and executive-level decision support materials.
• Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Management, Finance, Sales, and Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient pricing processes.
• Support the annual Pricing CAL update through SAP income statement analysis and material cost assessments.
• Lead the semi-annual Manufacturing Cost-related Q&A process with TMC sales division, coordinating responses and alignment across key stakeholders.
• Manage and continuously improve the price study process and database that support semi-annual Manufacturing Profit by Model analyses.
• Drive process, tool, and system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities, including the implementation of Power BI and AI-enabled solutions.
