In this role, you will design and implement innovative pricing solutions, collaborate with practice leaders, and own the lifecycle of pricing initiatives from ideation to execution, fostering continuous improvement across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal pricing, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Preferred experience/certification with project management, process improvement, or knowledge management or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute pricing strategies by mining historical data and budgeting models.
• Translate legal services delivery into clear statements of work and budgets for stakeholders.
• Roll out pricing tools and workflows to monitor performance and deliver client value.
