Baker Donelson is seeking a Legal Process Engineer — Pricing to bridge attorneys and cross-functional teams, designing and implementing pricing solutions that enhance client value. You will own pricing initiatives from ideation to execution, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices across the firm.

The role requires collaboration with practice leaders, attorneys, and marketing to deliver effective proposals, templates, and pricing models that improve efficiency and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or related field.
• Experience with project management, process improvement, or knowledge management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Project Management and Process Improvement in Pricing and Budgeting for matter- and portfolio-level engagements.
• Marketing, Training, and Practice Group Coordination to craft client-focused proposals and training materials.
