You will own pricing initiatives from ideation to execution while collaborating with practice leaders to uncover operational needs.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, project management, and the ability to translate complex legal services into clear statements of work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal pricing or financial analysis.
• Prefer project management or knowledge management certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute pricing strategies by mining historical data and designing budget models.
• Translate legal services delivery into statements of work and stakeholder analyses.
• Roll out fee arrangements and workflow enhancements to monitor performance and value.
• Partner with attorneys and marketing to craft client-focused proposals and collateral.
• Develop financial tools to track budgets and matters and coordinate with attorneys.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
