In this highly visible role, you will lead strategic pre-sales engagements, shape implementation solutions, and translate complex needs into actionable models and stories.

You will partner with executives and engineers to deliver value, craft proposals, and drive successful, measurable outcomes for customers across ERP/CRM ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, professional services, or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of pricing, commercial strategy, or business process transformation.
• Ability to translate objectives into practical solutions and measurable value.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Experience developing project estimates, proposals, or SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and implementation workshops aligning goals with pricing best practices.
• Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders on current processes and objectives.
• Define future-state requirements leveraging our software capabilities.
• Translate requirements into process models, designs, and user stories.
• Advise on pricing strategy, processes, and best practices.
• Analyze pricing processes within customer context and operating model.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify service opportunities.
• Present services offerings and implementation methodologies.
• Work with Solution Architects on estimates, delivery approaches, timelines.
• Prepare budget estimates and high-quality proposals with Revenue team.
• Negotiate Statements of Work balancing outcomes and feasibility.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at project and executive levels.
• Ensure smooth sales-to-delivery transition with clear scope and success criteria.
