You will lead on-site support, coordinate with offshore teams, and drive pricing initiatives and release activities. We require 10+ years of experience in price management, strong stakeholder communication, and proficiency in SQL for reporting and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Pricefx configuration, pricing logic, workflows, and user administration.
Expertise in pricing strategy, price management, rebates, promotions, and margin optimization processes.
Experience coordinating onsite/offshore support teams and managing incidents and changes.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business stakeholders and manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and prioritization across Pricefx applications.
Lead production support operations, coordinate with offshore teams, drive root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance and service stability.
Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to identify process improvements, support pricing initiatives, and oversee releases, testing, and deployment activities.
