• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for business stakeholders and manage incidents, service requests, enhancements, and prioritization across Pricefx applications.
• Lead production support operations, coordinate with offshore teams, drive root cause analysis, and ensure SLA compliance and service stability.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to identify process improvements, support pricing initiatives, and oversee releases, testing, and deployment activities.
