Job summary

Amazon is seeking a passionate Software Development Engineer for the Pricing Platform. You will design, implement, and maintain services powering price decisions across Amazon Retail, collaborating with product, science, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will work on distributed systems, optimize performance and reliability, and mentor peers through code reviews and design discussions, contributing to the growth of the pricing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
