Job summary

Molex is seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Specialist to support Product Line Managers by maintaining MSRP and list pricing, coordinating pricing workflows, and ensuring pricing consistency across systems and regions. This role works closely with product management, pricing, sales, and customer service to implement changes accurately and on time.

The role requires hands-on execution in pricing, governance adherence, and collaboration with global teams to ensure accurate pricing updates and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in pricing operations, master data, sales operations, product operations, or a similar role.
• Experience working with data (SKUs, price tables, effective dates, currencies).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, pivots, lookups).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update MSRP/list prices for assigned product lines in alignment with Product Line Manager direction and governance.
• Coordinate MSRP changes driven by cost updates, lifecycle changes, portfolio actions, or market triggers; ensure changes reflected across regions and systems.
• Manage effective dates, change history, and documentation for MSRP updates to maintain transparency and auditability.
• Implement and maintain all pricing contracts for assigned customers.
• Coordinate pricing master data updates between CPQ and ERP/SAP/CRM (Salesforce) to prevent quoting/order issues.
• Perform validation checks after updates (spot checks, exception reports, sampling) to confirm accuracy and completeness.
• Serve as the coordination point between Product Line Managers, Revenue Ops, regional stakeholders, and system admins for pricing changes.
