Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Pricing Manager to lead day-to-day pricing change execution and manage a team of 10+ Pricing Administrators. You will ensure pricing requests and vendor-announced price changes are vetted, assigned, completed accurately, and closed on time.

This on-site, day-shift role requires strong leadership, keen analytical skills, and hands-on experience with AS400, Power BI, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and advanced Excel. Location may vary to hub sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, pricing operations, finance, or related business functions.
• Proven team-leading experience in a high-volume, workflow-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills to review cost/price movements and assess exceptions.
• Experience in distribution and/or foodservice industries preferred.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and coaching for a team of Pricing Administrators.
• Manage workload, scheduling, and coverage to meet service levels.
• Serve as first escalation point for team questions and exceptions.
• Establish clear expectations for quality, turnaround time and documentation.
• Oversee execution of vendor cost and customer price updates.
• Ensure pricing changes follow established guidance and timelines.
• Monitor pricing activity through routine reporting and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders as needed.
