Job summary

Agilent Technologies seeks a Pricing Operations Analyst to drive the operational execution of global pricing strategies across our portfolio. You will ensure accurate, timely maintenance of list prices with a global perspective and partner with cross-functional teams.

You will oversee pricing activities in SAP and CRM, support regional stakeholders, and participate in Ignite Pricing Center initiatives, with exposure to advanced pricing methods and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business/finance or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in pricing operations, finance, or related roles in global context.
• Experience engaging sales for field-initiated initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP & CRM systems; data analysis skills with Power BI/Excel.

Agilent is seeking a Pricing Operations Analyst to drive the operational execution of global pricing strategies across our diverse product and service portfolio. This role ensures accurate and timely maintenance of list prices with a global perspective. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong systems expertise and real-world experience with process optimization.

This position also offers a unique learning opportunity to contribute to strategic pricing projects and initiatives that are central to Agilent’s Ignite Pricing Center of Excellence, providing exposure to advanced pricing strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain global list prices across Agilent’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate pricing strategies.

Oversee operational pricing activities within SAP and CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date pricing data for all customer segments, including commercial, government, and distributor accounts.

Provide specialist guidance to regional pricing stakeholders, finance, and product management to implement price updates and resolve discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and government pricing regulations.

Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency.

Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing operations in the APAC region, while supporting global initiatives.

Actively participate in strategic pricing projects and transformation initiatives under the Ignite program, gaining exposure to advanced pricing methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA in Marketing or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of experience in pricing operations, finance, or related roles in a global organization
• Proven track record of engaging sales to ensure effective execution of initiatives driven by field teams
• Strong knowledge of SAP & CRM systems
• Experience with PowerBI & Advanced excel for data analysis and automation
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate across multiple stakeholder types in a global organization

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., ECC,HANA,CRM/Salesforce, ICM, CPQ, etc.) and master data processes, business intelligence technology (such as Qlik, or Power BI), Sharepoint Page Development, and/or data visualization programs to create reports, analytics, dashboards, and other displays of trends and patterns

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
