NBCUniversal seeks a Manager in Growth Strategy to drive pricing, packaging, and offers for Peacock. You will report to the VP and collaborate with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Growth to size opportunities and deploy initiatives.

The role is analytic, cross-functional, and focused on optimizing monetization within a fast-moving media environment to boost growth and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or related field with 5+ years in Strategy or Finance.
• Familiarity with the evolving streaming landscape and commercial tactics.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy across quantitative and qualitative work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and monetization assessments through data analysis and financial modeling.
• Manage research to optimize Peacock’s pricing, product offers, and packaging.
• Ideate opportunities based on AI-enabled commerce, regulation, and competition.
• Synthesize competitive activity and track pricing/offer shifts.
• Collaborate with Finance, Decision Sciences, Product, Marketing, and Growth to size initiatives and enable strategic feedback.
