Job summary

MillerKnoll in Zeeland, Michigan is seeking a Pricing Configuration Specialist who translates product requirements into structured, rule-based pricing models. You will define configuration models for products, options, and pricing codes, and control changes through a standardized pricing process.

You will collaborate with Product Information Management, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure accurate pricing across tools and legacy systems, document issues with root-cause analysis, and support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of modeling experience in IT, finance, or similar.
• Strong understanding of modeling, databases, and reporting.
• Familiarity with product specification structures and pricing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define configuration models for valid products, features, options, and pricing codes.
• Define and maintain a pricing control process for all pricing model changes.
• Collaborate with PIM, engineering, and pricing teams to ensure data consistency.
• Ensure pricing synchronization with dealer tools and legacy systems.
• Document issues with root-cause analysis and remediation plans.
• Support Sales Tech, Customer Care, and Product Marketing with inquiries and corrections.
• Manage small projects and ensure SOX compliance.
